We Are Sephora Microsite

With over 200 stores in Asia Pacific, Sephora sought to deepen regional employees' understanding of its employee value propositions (EVPs). The goal was to make employees feel connected to the four key tribes within the organization. Using content strategy, I helped to create the identity #wearesephora and built a microsite to showcase real-life stories of employees embodying Sephora's values. This microsite vividly demonstrated how these values thrive within Sephora's vibrant communities.
