Sephora's internal communications aim to ensure effective information flow across six SEA countries. To keep all employees informed and aligned with regional and global messages, Sephora needed a dynamic solution. Given their vibrant culture, static formats wouldn't suffice. I have chosen video format to capture the essence of key events and convey energy. By understanding communication objectives and business mandates, I created compelling directions and scripts that delivered clear updates and strong calls-to-action, effectively telling Sephora’s stories and sharing vital information.
